Part 1: Privacy Policy

This part explains what personal information PharmaDrills collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form) and plan or membership status.
• Learning activity: your progress, lesson and quiz attempts, answers, scores and review history.
• Messages: what you send us when you contact us.
• Payments: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the plan bought, not your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and security logs, plus cookies (see section 7).

2. How we use it

We use your information to create and secure your account, deliver courses and practice tools, track your progress and personalise review, process payments, answer your questions, keep the service safe and reliable, and improve PharmaDrills.

3. Email

We send service emails when needed, such as account verification, password resets and receipts. We send study tips, product updates or newsletters only if you have opted in. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. We use email delivery and marketing providers, currently Brevo, to send these messages.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers that help us run PharmaDrills, such as hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing and video delivery, and where the law requires it.

5. AI Tutor

If you use the AI Tutor, your questions and the related lesson or quiz context are processed to generate a response. Please do not enter patient-identifiable or other sensitive personal information.

6. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember your settings. If we use analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict some uses, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email admin@pharmadrills.com.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. International transfers

PharmaDrills is operated from the United States, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

11. Children

PharmaDrills is intended for adult learners and professionals in training. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Part 2: Terms of Service

The terms below apply when you use PharmaDrills.

1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://pharmadrills.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PharmaDrills’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

9. Accounts and membership

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Your account is for your personal use and must not be shared. Access to paid content depends on the plan you purchased and its stated term. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

11. Payments and refunds

Prices, plans and access terms are shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
